Similar to my hot chocolate bombs that I made before, these can easily be dropped into hot chocolate if you wanted, but I think they’re better consumed as is.

A simple recipe that basically tastes of a chocolate truffles but with mini marshmallows in the middle. Honestly, when it comes to fillings, you can put whatever you want as long as it fits the flavour palate. If you don’t like marshmallows, feel free to put more chocolate, nuts, nutella, peanut butter, coffee beans, or leave it as a classic truffle. Do you, friend.

ingredients:

– 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
– 1/2 heavy cream (alternatively you can use coconut cream)
– 2-3 graham cracker sheets, crushed.
– a bag of mini marshmallows.

the way:

– in a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it boils.
– pour the heated heavy cream onto the chocolate chips and stir until fully combined.
– place the chocolate bowl into the fridge and allow it to set for 1-2 hours.
– crush your graham crackers and set them aside.
– once your chocolate has hardened, take it out of the fridge.
– take a spoon and scoop out a ball. with your hands, roll the spoonful into a ball and then flatten it. Place a mini marshmallow in the centre and fold the edges together and roll until you can no longer see whiteness.
– repeat this process until you have no more chocolate.
– with each ball, roll it in your crushed graham crackers until the balls are fully coated.
– place your balls onto a plate/baking sheet and let it set in the fridge for 30 minutes – 1 hour before consumption.
