Snickerdoodle cookies meet the beloved carbohydrate of my life: bread.
I think that’s all the explanation I have to give. You understand right?
ingredients:
– 1/2 cup butter
– 3/4 cup sugar
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1 TBSP vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
– 1 1/2 cup flour
– 2 TSP ground cinnamon
– 1 TSP baking powder
– 1 1/2 white chocolate chips
– 2 TBSP flour
– 2 TBSP sugar
– 1 TSP cinnamon
the way:
– preheat oven to 350/180 degrees and spray a loaf pan with cooking spray. You may need two loaf pans, depending on how big you want your loaf to be. I only used one loaf pan.
BREAD
– in a large bowl, mix butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
– add in the yoghurt and beat until combined.
– add in the 1 1/2 cups of flour, cinnamon, and baking powder, and beat until full incorporated.
– in a separate bowl, add in the white chocolate chips and add in the 2 TBSP flour and coat the chips in the flour.
– add in the floured chips to the large mixing bowl, and mix until fully combined.
– pour the batter into your pan(s) and set aside.
TOPPING
– add in sugar and cinnamon and stir to combine.
– with a spoon, sprinkle the mixture over the loaf pan(s).
– bake the bread for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. (be careful not to insert the toothpick into any of the chips, as that result will not be the correct signage of a finished bread).
– when the bread is done, allow it to cool in the pans on a wire rack for about 10-20 minutes before taking it out of the pans.
